This recipe makes cupcakes tender, tasty and fragrant! The recipe is simple and takes very little time. For cooking, I took oat flour, but you can replace it with any equally useful one. A couple of these cupcakes for breakfast are quite harmless for the figure. Try it!
Prepare all ingredients.
Mash the banana well with a fork. Give preference to overripe fruits.
Add the egg.
Stir. Add honey or any sweetener and stir again.
Add flour, cocoa and baking powder.
Stir everything until smooth.
Divide the finished dough into the tins, filling them about 2/3 full. There are 4 pieces in total. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer or toothpick.
