Prepare all ingredients. Boil carrots and eggs in advance and let cool.
Peel and dice the eggs.
Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
Peel and chop the carrots. The amount of ingredients should be approximately the same in relation to each other.
Season the salad with low-fat sour cream or natural yogurt. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Diet carrot salad is ready.
