I share the recipe for how to prepare a detox smoothie for weight loss. It is prepared very quickly and simply. Take note of my cooking idea!
Description of preparation:
To reduce weight and unload the body, it is important not only to cut calories, but also to get all the necessary nutrients. There is fiber, and omega-3, and balance bju. This smoothie is suitable as a substitute for breakfast or for a lunch snack. Chia seeds can be replaced with flaxseeds. Instead of dates for sweetness, you can add a sugar substitute. I recommend taking oatmeal fast food. You can use any greens, but better than dark green varieties: spinach, cale, parsley, chard.
- Banana – 1 Piece
- Cucumber – 1/2 Piece
- Kiwi – 1 Piece
- Dates – 2-3 Pieces
- Soy milk – 350-400 Milliliters
- Spinach – 40 grams
- Chia – 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Walnut Paste – 1 Tbsp. a spoon
- Oatmeal – 2 Tbsp. spoons
Servings Per Container: 1-2
How to Make Detox Smoothie for Weight Loss
Prepare all the ingredients.
Peel the cucumber, kiwi and banana, cut into small slices. Remove the seeds from the dates.
Soak chia seeds in advance in water for a couple of hours.
Transfer all the ingredients to a blender bowl. Grind until creamy.
