Today we will prepare sandwiches with two filling options – ham and fish, we will also add eggs, beets, onions, pickles. These sandwiches are perfect for a lunchtime meal, and you can also serve them on a festive table. In general, there are a lot of options for making Danish sandwiches. Take note and cook for your family!
Prepare all ingredients. Boil beets and chicken eggs in advance.
Fry slices of loaf or bread in a dry frying pan on each side for 1-2 minutes.
Brush two slices of bread with butter.
Cut the boiled beets into slices and place on top of the bread.
Top with a few slices of ham.
Add the sliced pickles and some red onions, cut into half rings or cubes.
Brush two more slices of bread with butter. Cut the boiled egg into circles and place on top of the bread.
Add red sweet onions, cut into half rings.
Cut the pink salmon into slices, put on top of the sandwiches, if you wish, you can add a couple of lemon slices.
