You can prepare cutlets "Goldfish" for everyday and any festive table. They will be good both on their own with sauces and with any side dish. Take note of the recipe! Great variety for the menu!
Prepare all ingredients.
Cut the crust off the bread, crush it with your hands and soak it in milk.
Pass the fish fillet (I have pollock) through a meat grinder along with soaked bread and onions.
Add egg, salt and ground pepper to taste.
Cutlets can be formed in two ways: simply by hand or using baby fish-shaped molds. I have the first option. Grease the formed cutlets with yolk and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
