To prepare waffles, you can replace some of the milk with 20% cream. The taste will only benefit from this. It is very important to knead the dough thoroughly, with a hand blender to help you.
Prepare the required ingredients.
Pour 125 ml into a saucepan. milk, add salt, sugar and butter. Put on fire and bring to a boil. While stirring, keep on fire for 1-2 minutes. Then remove.
Add flour. Stir quickly with a spatula.
Return the dough to the fire. Heat for a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally, until a dry crust appears at the bottom of the saucepan.
Transfer the dough to a bowl.
Add one egg to the dough. Beat well with a mixer after each.
When you add the last egg, beat the dough thoroughly.
Add 125 ml. milk. Punch with a hand blender so that there are no lumps of dough.
The dough is ready. Leave it at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Heat the waffle iron. Lubricate the panels with vegetable oil. Pour a portion of the dough, about 1.5 tablespoons. Bake for 4-5 minutes.
Ready-made waffles have a ruddy, beautiful appearance.
Serve warm waffles with your favorite drinks.
