Description of the preparation:
This dessert is not sugary, light and juicy, and is prepared without any effort with the help of purchased waffle cakes. By the way, you can add various flavors when brewing a cream and each time get a dessert with a new taste for dessert. Do not forget about tea and coffee!
Prepare the indicated ingredients. Be sure to buy two or three packs of wafer cakes, since when you spread the cream on them, they become thin, like napkins, and you won’t get a high cake.
Divide the eggs into proteins and yolks, remove the proteins to the side, they are not required in the recipe. Put the yolks in a deep bowl or salad bowl, pour in the same milk of any fat content, pour in vanilla sugar, granulated sugar and beat everything with a whisk for about 1-2 minutes.
Pour the sweet mass into a ladle with a non-stick bottom or a saucepan, pour wheat flour with citric acid into it (add the acid on the tip of the knife, without it the cream will be too sugary). Whisk with a whisk and place the bowl on the stove, including moderate heat.
Bring the mass to the desired density, stirring occasionally. Often brewing takes no more than 5-6 minutes. As soon as the cream is ready – mix margarine or butter in it, cover with a film and place in the cold to cool for about 1-1.5 hours.
Lay the wafer cakes with a cooled custard. The dessert will not turn out too high, as the cakes will lose their shape and become thin. Lubricate the cream on the sides and top of the cake and place in the refrigerator for soaking for 1-2 hours.
After the specified time, cut the cake in half and place one half of the treat on the other, so you get a tall cake. Garnish it to your liking, such as chocolate chips. Cut into pieces and serve. Enjoy your meal!
