Description of the preparation:
Making a kiwi cupcake is very simple, and the result will certainly delight you. Baking is very tender, airy and delicious. Everyone will like it! Kiwi can optionally be replaced with any seasonal fruit, but give preference to that with sourness. They will pleasantly shade the sweetness of the biscuit.
Prepare all the ingredients.
Combine the eggs, sugar, vanilla and beat well.
Add sour cream. Whip everything again.
Pour flour and baking powder. Shuffle everything until smooth.
The dough is ready.
Peel and chop the kiwi. Put in a single layer in a greased baking dish.
Pour the dough on top. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
Kiwi Cupcake is ready. Allow it to cool slightly, then cut into portions, flip the filling up and serve.
