Prepare all the ingredients.
Remove the zest from the oranges and squeeze the juice, we need 150 ml. A little zest can be left for decoration.

Whisk the yolks with the remaining sugar and vanilla.
Add the zest and 75 ml. juice of the total.
Shuffle. Add 150 grams of flour and baking powder.
Beat and add 50 ml. oils.
Whip again and add the remaining juice and the remaining oil.
Stir and add the rest of the flour.
Beat the dough until smooth and in two doses enter the whipped proteins.
Stir the dough with a spatula with gentle movements from top to bottom.
Grease the baking dish with oil, sprinkle the bottom and sides with flour or semolina and pour out the dough. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
A cupcake on orange juice is ready. Let it cool, then sprinkle with icing sugar or glaze.
