Prepare all the ingredients.
Grate cucumbers on a coarse grater, then transfer to a bowl.
Add salt, mix, leave at room temperature for 10 minutes. Squeeze out the excess juice that will stand out.
For the sauce, mix yogurt and sour cream, add salt, spices and finely chopped mint. Shuffle.
Dress cucumbers with sauce, mix. Remove to cool in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
