Prepare your ingredients. The quantity is indicated for a 500 ml can.
Wash and dry the cucumbers, cut off the tails on both sides. Cut the cucumbers into slices.
Peel the onion and cut into half rings, strips. Peel the garlic and cut into slices.
Transfer cucumbers, onions, garlic to a saucepan, add chopped dill, salt, sugar and oil, pepper and vinegar.
Stir everything. Insist the salad for 2 hours, then boil for 7-8 minutes over low heat.
Wash the jar for the preparation thoroughly with baking soda, then rinse well under warm running water. Sterilize the jar in a convenient way – over steam, in the oven or microwave. Dip the lid in water and boil for 10 minutes. Transfer the salad to a jar.
