Description of preparation:
If you do not like walnuts, feel free to replace them with hazelnuts. Waffle cakes can be taken in stores like me or made by yourself in a waffle iron. If the layer is crushed, it can become a fine dusting of the sides of the cake.
Prepare all the necessary ingredients to make a crispy layer in your cake.
Put honey and walnuts in a pan.
Place the pan over medium heat and fry while stirring for 2 minutes.
Grease a silicone rug or baking paper with vegetable oil and shift nuts on it. Flatten in a single layer and let cool completely. Remove from the mat and place on a plate.
Grind nuts into crumbs using a blender.
Break the wafer cakes, put them in a blender bowl and chop them into small crumbs.
Break the white chocolate and melt in a water bath until smooth.
Put crushed wafer cakes, nuts and melted chocolate into a bowl and mix until smooth.
Cover the form with cling film and lay out the mass there, ram it tightly. The layer should be no thicker than 1 centimeter, otherwise the cake will be difficult to cut. The size of the crispy layer should be the same as the size of the cake layers.
Keep the crispy mold in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Remove the mold from the refrigerator and remove the layer.
Now collect the cake. Cut the biscuit into two layers. Grease the bottom cake with butter cream.
Put a crispy layer on the cream.
Put cream on it and lay out the second biscuit cake.
Cream the sides and the surface of the cake. Sprinkle the sides with chopped walnuts.
Cover the top with chocolate and refrigerate for several hours.
