Cooking description:

For sherbet to delight the taste, use a saucepan or stewpan with a thick bottom. It is very important that the sugar does not burn, but melts evenly. The fire must be kept to a minimum. Only with such heating, the products will melt and combine well. It is also worth noting that it is not recommended to remove the pan from the fire during cooking. Caramel instantly begins to thicken, which can have a negative effect on the quality of the sherbet. You can use any nuts for the filler.
