Cranberry puff pastry puffs are sweet, with a pleasant sourness from the berries. Puffs are baked very quickly, so you just have to make tea and serve dessert to the table.
Prepare all ingredients.
For the filling, combine the cranberries with sugar and stir. If the cranberries are frozen, thaw them.
Cut the defrosted puff pastry into rectangles about 7×10 cm in size.
Roll each piece of dough with a rolling pin on a board with dusty flour.
Use a knife to cut one half of the dough.
Place the cranberry filling on the part where there are no notches.
Pinch the puffs on all sides, turning the free edge of the dough up.
Beat the chicken egg with a fork.
Brush the puffs with an egg.
Bake the puffs in the oven at 220 degrees for about 12 minutes. The puffs will become fluffy and crispy.
Cool the finished puffs a little and serve.
