Description of the preparation:
Making cranberry pie is so simple that you are sure to write this recipe in your cooking book! And instead of cranberries, you can use other berries, the main thing is to balance their taste with sugar or honey. The pie dough should be liquid rather than dense so that it completely envelops all the berries.
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Lubricate the baking dish with a piece of butter, melt the rest of the oil in the microwave, but not to a boil. Rinse the cranberries and dry them with paper towels. Pour them into shape.
Crush the walnut kernels in the palms or in the chopper bowl. Sprinkle cranberries with 60 grams of granulated sugar, and chopped nuts on top.
In a deep bowl or bowl, combine the chicken eggs with the remaining sugar and salt, beat well and add the melted butter. Mix everything gently.
Pour in the sifted wheat flour. If you want a more airy pie, add 0.25 tsp. baking powder. Thoroughly mix the flour into the dough. The dough should turn out to be liquidy, like on pancakes.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Pour in the dough the berries and nuts in the mold so that it completely covers them.
Place the mold in the oven and bake the cake until golden brown, watching the density of the shortcrust pastry. Then remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
