Porridge made from couscous is prepared quite quickly, literally 4-5 minutes of cooking and the porridge is ready to serve. Porridge from couscous with milk turns out to be airy, tender, creamy, very, very tasty. In the finished porridge, you can add berries or fruits, nuts, a little honey.
- Couscous – 0.5 Cup
- Milk – 1 Glass
- Sugar – 1 Tbsp. a spoon
- Butter – 50 Gram

How to cook "Couscous porridge with milk"
Prepare the ingredients. If you want liquid porridge, milk will need another half a glass. If you decide to cook ordinary porridge, then take a glass of milk for half a glass of couscous.
Transfer the couscous to the pan, optionally add a pinch of salt.
Add granulated sugar directly to the cereal.
Pour a glass of warm milk into the pan. Rearrange the pan on the fire, bring to a boil, cook for 5-7 minutes.
In the finished porridge, add butter, mix.
Put the porridge on plates and serve.
