Cottage cheese salad – a step by step recipe with a photo on Povar.ru

The taste of any dish directly depends on the quality of the products. The salad mixture should be crispy and well dried. The curd should be fresh and tasty. If you don't like the sourness of cottage cheese, take ricotta. And one more tip – take food straight from the refrigerator, a cool salad is great for refreshing in the heat!

Prepare your ingredients.

Rinse and dry the salad mixture. Chop the onion and parsley very finely.

Mix cottage cheese with herbs, add chopped garlic, salt and pepper to taste.

Season the salad greens with lemon juice and olive oil, lightly salt and pepper to taste. Stir a couple of times.

Divide the herbs into plates. Use 2 teaspoons to form small balls out of the curd mixture and place on the lettuce leaves. Add some lemon zest if desired.
