If you want to please yourself or your loved ones with something tasty, but you don’t have time to mess around at the stove, then I advise you to cook a curd pie with oranges according to this recipe. It is prepared very simply, but it turns out amazingly tasty and aromatic! The size of the mold I have is 18 cm in diameter, for a larger mold, it is better to double the ingredients.
Prepare all ingredients.
Pour the orange over with boiling water, and cut into pieces, removing the seeds.
Grind the orange with a blender or meat grinder.
Combine cottage cheese, chopped orange, eggs and 0.5 cups of sugar. Stir. The filling is ready.
Separately combine flour, diced butter and remaining sugar. Rub everything with your hands until crumbs.
Divide the crumb into two parts. Pour 1 part crumb into a greased baking dish and flatten.
Lay out the filling and tamp it down with your hands.
Sprinkle the second half of the crumb over the filling. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and cook until browned.
The curd cake with oranges is ready. Let it cool, then cut into portions and serve. Enjoy your meal!
