Description of the preparation:
For cookies, select well-wrung cottage cheese. The amount of flour is adjusted in the process. If the cottage cheese is fat, as in my version, add a minimum of oil, if fat-free, you need to add 50 grams of butter.
Prepare the ingredients.
Beat the egg with sugar and a pinch of salt.
Add soft butter.
Pour cottage cheese, mix everything.
Add a pinch of soda and pour flour in portions. Knead the dough.
Roll out the finished dough 3-4 mm thick. Cut the dough into squares.
On each square we put a piece of canned peach.
We connect and press the corners of the dough. We spread the cookies on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180-190 degrees for about 12-15 minutes.
Cottage cheese cookies with fruits ready. If desired, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar. Have a nice tea party!
