For tincture, choose soft, well-ripened berries, but not spoiled, otherwise you will have an unpleasant aftertaste. You can take any honey, but the overall aroma of the drink will depend on it. Take cognac of high quality, then the liqueur will turn out to be excellent. If you will treat people, warn about the presence of honey in the composition, as it is a strong allergen.
Prepare all the ingredients you need to make the dogwood tincture.
Sort out the dogwood and wash, let the water drain completely, turn it into a gruel.
Transfer the gruel to a jar and pour in the cognac, stir.
Add honey to the jar and stir until the honey dissolves. Close the jar tightly and store in a dark, cool place for 3 months. Then strain the tincture, bottle and refrigerate.
Enjoy your use!
