Description of the preparation:
Cooking cookies has a slight nuance. Since the dough is made from vegetable oil, it does not need to lie down. Cooked, immediately started cutting. Therefore, first the filling, then prepare the dough. Otherwise, the dough “settles”, butter starts to leak and the cookies turn out to be tasteless and tough.
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Pears must be taken dense.
Start with the preparation of the filling: peel the pears from the peel, cut into small pieces. Transfer to stewpan / pan. Add water, sugar and cinnamon. Put on medium heat and boil until liquid disappears and mash condition.
Add the nuts in the prepared pear puree, mix and cool.
Make a dough: combine sugar, butter, egg in a bowl. Mix thoroughly with a fork.
Add flour, baking powder for dough.
Knead the soft dough.
Take 2 strips of parchment. Divide the dough into two parts. Each roll on a strip of parchment.
Lay out the filling in one of the parts, in the form of separate "islands".
Cover with the second part of the dough.
Use a glass to cut out cookies.
Put cookies on a baking sheet. Press the edges of the cookie with a fork. Divide the wooden skewers into three parts (if they are long), wet them well and stick them in cookies. Put bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes. From the remaining dough, make cookies in this way.
After time, remove the cookies, without removing from the baking sheet, cool slightly, and then transfer to the dish. Only after complete cooling, cookies can be taken by the stick.
