Description of the preparation:
The recipe can be slightly adjusted. Instead of natural yogurt, add sour cream, and instead of vanilla tincture, any other aromatic alcohol. Ready cookies can be completely covered with chocolate icing and sprinkled with any seeds or chopped nuts. Choose to taste.
Prepare the ingredients.
Beat the egg and 80 grams of sugar.
Add natural yogurt and vanilla tincture.
Put the soft butter (100 grams). We mix everything.
Pour 2 types of flour and add soda, slaked with vinegar. We leave a little wheat flour to sprinkle on the dough.
Knead the dough. The finished dough is soft and pliable.
We divide the dough into 2 parts and make strips. We cut the strips, as in the photo.
We lay the billets on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Bake at a temperature of 180-190 degrees for 12 minutes.
Cooking the icing. Pour cocoa powder, sugar (40 grams) into the pan and pour milk. Cook over low heat, stirring continuously. Chocolate icing should be uniform.
Add oil (40 grams) to the hot glaze and mix everything. Cool the icing to room temperature.
We take out the finished cookies from the oven and cool on the sheet of baking paper on which we baked. We shift the cookies to the center so that between the liver there is a minimum clearance.
Put the icing in a pastry bag and pour the cookies. Arbitrarily. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Glaze will harden in 20-30 minutes. After that, cookies can be served to the table.
