"Asparagus" biscuits are a variant of quick baking from the "guests on the doorstep" series. The recipe is taken from a Soviet cookbook. In my opinion, sugar is a little too much, so adjust the sugar to your liking, but it is sugar that gives this liver crispness and ruddy color. However, this can be easily compensated for with much less powdered sugar for sprinkling. From this number of ingredients, 26 pieces of finished cookies were obtained.
Prepare your ingredients.
Put sour cream in a mixing bowl, add softened butter and a pinch of salt.
Prepare dry ingredients: flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder.
Pour in all the ingredients first, except for the flour, mix until smooth.
Pour in flour, knead the dough.
Transfer the dough to a piping bag with a curly nozzle.
Place the cookies in the form of sticks, about 12 cm long. Place at a distance, as during the baking process the cookies diverge slightly to the side.
Bake the cookies at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
Delicious crispy Asparagus biscuits can be served immediately. Pour tea, coffee and enjoy the chat and the cookies.
