Description of preparation:
Colorful and bright cold borscht is very tasty with boiled sausage, and you can choose its variety to your liking. If you like this dish, then instead of sausage, you can add boiled meat, boiled poultry, smoked meats. Many are happy to add even hard or soft cheese to the soup.
Prepare the indicated ingredients. Boil chicken eggs, carrots and potatoes in advance, cool. Bake the beets and cool too.
Peel boiled carrots and potatoes, rinse and cut into small cubes in a deep container. Similarly, cut boiled sausage of any kind.
Rinse the fresh cucumber in water, cut the ponytails and cut it into cubes. Peel the boiled chicken eggs, rinse them and cut them in the same cubes. Pour into a container.
Peel the baked beets, cut into cubes. Rinse the stalks of green onions and chop. Add with beetroot and sour cream of any fat content to the container. Pour in salt.
Pour in chilled boiled water and gently mix the entire contents of the container. If you like cold borsch with sourness, then add a pinch of citric acid or squeeze lemon juice.
You can let the dish stand and cool in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or you can add a couple of ice cubes and eat immediately!
