Description of the preparation:
I’ll explain below how to make a coconut drink. You can replace the mango with a banana or pineapple, or add nothing at all. The main taste of the drink is coconut. If desired, any sweetener can be added to taste. Take note of the recipe!
Prepare all the ingredients.
Soak coconut flakes in warm water for 30 minutes.
Grind coconut with water in a blender.
Strain the drink through a sieve.
Pour the coconut drink back into the blender bowl, add the mango and coconut water. Beat everything again until smooth.
