Prepare all ingredients. Boil chicken breast, potatoes and eggs until tender and cool.
Cut the onion into small cubes, add salt, vinegar and pour boiling water over it so that the water completely covers it.
The salad can be laid out using a cooking ring, in a deep salad bowl, or simply on a flat plate that fits well. Place the sliced chicken breast in the first layer.
Brush the breast with mayonnaise, sprinkle with salt and top with pickled onions. You must first drain the entire marinade from the onion and squeeze it well.
