Cooking description:
The pizza is made from yeast dough, which is ideally baked both from the bottom and from the top. It is served hot so that the cheese stretches during tasting. When baking, the dough is not greased with yolk on top, since the main sign of an ideal pizza is a golden brown crust on top, but not golden. Do not forget to add salt to the dough so that it does not taste bland.
Prepare the indicated ingredients. Yeast can also be used wet, about 15-20 grams.
Pour warm water into a deep container, add a third of wheat flour, dry yeast, salt. Stir thoroughly to create a dough. Cover the container with a towel and place in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Then add the rest of the flour to the dough and pour in the vegetable oil. Knead the yeast dough – it should be soft. Leave some flour for rolling out.
Roll out the yeast dough into an oval layer on a work surface. You can do this right away on parchment paper oiled with vegetable oil to avoid transferring the pizza to the baking sheet. Combine ketchup and mayonnaise, brush half of the dough with this sauce, leaving a little space at the edges to hold both parts together.
Cut ham or sausage into cubes, peeled and washed onions into half rings or ribbons. Place on sauce. Do not cut the sausage into slices, as they will fall out of the pizza when cutting.
Rinse and chop the tomato, place on the piece. Grate any kind of hard cheese on a fine mesh grater and sprinkle the entire filling on top. Then wrap the other side of the dough layer and cover the filling with it on top. Connect the edges to create a large patty.
Preheat the oven to 70-80 degrees, grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil and transfer the closed pizza to the baking sheet, tucking the seams under its bottom. Place in the oven with the door open for 10-15 minutes. During this time, the workpiece will grow in size.
After that, increase the temperature to 200 degrees, close the appliance door and bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Do not cook it at a high temperature, otherwise the dough inside may not bake. Then remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly.
Cut the baked goods into equal portions and serve hot.
