I’ll explain below how to make chocolate rice porridge. Instead of cream, you can use coconut milk with a high percentage of fat content, it turns out also very tasty. Chocolate rice porridge will appeal to both children and adults.
Prepare all the ingredients.
In a thick-bottomed pan, combine sugar, salt, and cocoa.
Then add the washed rice and mix again.
Pour the milk into the pan, add the vanilla syrup. Bring to a boil, reduce the temperature to a minimum and cook for 20-25 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Chop the chocolate into small pieces with a knife.
When the porridge is ready, pour in the cream, mix.
