This salad can be served on its own, for lunch or dinner. Also, the salad will perfectly complement noodles and other dishes of your choice. We use oil as a dressing; when serving, the salad can be decorated with mayonnaise or your favorite sauce. Be sure to add sesame seeds to the salad.
Prepare your ingredients. Then rinse the fillets and dry, peel the vegetables.
Cut the chicken fillet into small strips. Sprinkle the fillets with dried garlic, pepper flakes, salt and ground pepper.
Cut sweet peppers and cucumbers into small strips.
Transfer the vegetables to a bowl, followed by the salad mix.
Cut the carrots into strips and add to the salad.
Fry the chicken fillet in a pan, 4-5 minutes, until tender.
Transfer the fillet to a bowl with vegetables, add sesame seeds, salt and pepper to taste, a little oil. Stir and serve the salad to the table.
