Prepare your ingredients. Boil the rice in advance. Take a glass of water for half a glass of rice, cook until tender for 10-12 minutes.
Peel the onion and cut into half rings, cut the bell pepper into strips.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put onions and bell peppers. Cook for three minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drive eggs into a frying pan, add peas.
Stir eggs vigorously over high heat for one minute.
Add rice, soy sauce and spices to the skillet.
