The soup is prepared simply and very quickly, with simple and affordable ingredients. Ideally, it should be cooked in a wok, but a regular thick-walled pot or skillet will work as well. The soup turns out to be light, at the same time nutritious, warms the body, fills it with vitamins.
Prepare the ingredients for making the soup.
Break the eggs into a deep container, add 1 tbsp. soy sauce, whisk until smooth.
Place a heavy-bottomed skillet or wok on medium heat, heat the oil, pour the egg mixture. Stir constantly with a spatula until the eggs curl into flakes.
Peel the ginger root, cut into thin cubes, put in the pan, fry with the egg for 1 minute.
Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, pour cold water in a minute. This procedure will allow you to easily separate the skin from the pulp. Cut the tomato pulp into cubes, add to the egg flakes, mix.
When the tomatoes are juiced, pour 2 tablespoons into the pan. soy sauce, stir. Add chili peppers by slicing them into rings.
After a few minutes, add the chopped tomatoes in your own juice.
Simmer the soup for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Taste it with salt. You can also adjust the thickness yourself by adding broth or water.
Boil the soup, remove from heat, let stand for 5 minutes under the lid. Pour into bowls, sprinkle with sesame seeds, serve.
