Children's pollock cutlets are tasty and healthy. From affordable and inexpensive fish like pollock, you can cook a lot of dishes, including meatballs. In addition to pollock, you will need onions, a loaf, eggs and dill for color and flavor.
Prepare the ingredients on the list for cooking baby pollock cutlets.
Peel the pollock and skin to make a filet.
Fold a blender bowl with slices of pollock, sliced onions and a loaf soaked in water.
Grind minced fish. Thanks to such a grinder, children will not feel the onions, but the cutlets will turn out to be more juicy and tasty. If there is no blender, twist the minced meat and onions through a meat grinder.
Add salt, pepper to taste, beat the egg in the minced meat and add a little chopped dill. Stuff the minced meat well.
Blind the round patties and breaded in breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the patties and fry on moderate heat for 7-8 minutes.
Turn the patties over and fry the same amount of time until a brown crust appears. You can cover the pan with a lid so that the patties are steamed a little.
