The recipe is ideal for a delicious, hearty and quick dinner or for a second at lunch. Any mushrooms are suitable, only forest ones require a longer heat treatment, while with mushrooms the dish will be ready within 30-35 minutes.
Prepare the ingredients for the teriyaki mushroom chicken.
Finely chop the onions and place in the pan.
Peel the caps of the champignons and chop the mushrooms. Add to the onions in the skillet.
Pour vegetable oil into the skillet. Fry mushrooms and onions for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cut the chicken fillet into small long pieces. Place in a skillet with onions and mushrooms.
Simmer chicken with mushrooms, stirring for 8-10 minutes until tender.
Then add the teriyaki sauce and stir.
Preheat the dish for another 3-4 minutes and turn it off.
Chicken with mushrooms in teriyaki sauce is ready. Serve hot with vegetables, pickles, boiled rice, potatoes.
