Terrine is usually prepared in a rectangular shape. In fact, this is a meat casserole that can replace sausage for sandwiches. Vegetables, olives, nuts, mushrooms, ham are added to the minced meat. Chill the finished terrine well in the refrigerator for several hours in the mold and only then take it out. Delicious both cold and warm.
Prepare the ingredients for making Chicken Mushroom Terrine.
Peel and wash the onion and garlic. Wash the chicken fillet. Pass these ingredients through a meat grinder.
Pour a white loaf or roll with cold boiled water and squeeze out after a few minutes. Also mince it.
Stir the chicken, onion, garlic and loaf thoroughly.
Pour in the cream and mix well again.

Cover the tin with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake the terrine for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
Terrine with chicken and mushrooms is ready. Refrigerate it and remove it from the mold. Then cut and serve with mustard, horseradish, sauces.
