Description of the preparation:
If the ventricles are put out for a long time, they become completely soft. The ventricles with mushrooms are perfectly combined, and with sour cream it turns out just magically. Something even reminds julienne! Be sure to try to cook this dish, and you will see that offal is delicious!
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Cut the ventricles into several pieces so that the pieces are not too large. Place the ventricles in a pan with warmed vegetable oil, first lightly fry.
Then fill with water and simmer under the lid for 50 minutes. After that, remove the lid and extinguish for another 10 minutes so that the remaining liquid evaporates.
Chop the onion finely.
Mushrooms also cut into small pieces.
Sauté the mushrooms with onions until tender.
The ventricles extinguished and became quite soft.
Place the fried mushrooms in the pan to the ventricles. Salt and pepper to taste.
Add sour cream to the pan, mix and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
