It is better to use chicken breast to prepare this salad. It must be fresh. In addition to carrots and peppers, you can add onions to salad, which should also be fried beforehand. There is no need to season the salad; vegetable oil and soy sauce will be enough, in which the meat will be fried.
Prepare the required ingredients.
Cut the chicken into strips.
Place it in a skillet, in which heat the vegetable oil (40 ml) and soy sauce. Fry the meat over high heat for 1-2 minutes.
Grate the carrots. Put it in a bowl, add salt, Korean seasoning for carrots, pour in vegetable oil (10 ml). Mix everything.
Wash the bell pepper, remove the center and cut into strips.
Fry the carrots and bell peppers in a skillet for 1-2 minutes.
Place the meat and sauteed vegetables in a bowl. Stir the salad well.
