The basis of our roll is chicken fillet. Add a spoonful of yogurt, spices, onions and garlic for juiciness. Add a chicken egg to the filling of the roll. You can serve chicken roll to the table in addition to vegetables and fresh herbs. When the roll has cooled down, it can be very easily cut into thin slices.
Prepare your ingredients.
Peel the onions and chop in a blender bowl.
Chop the chicken fillet at random.
Grind the fillets in a blender bowl, transfer them to the bowl along with the onions.
Add chicken egg, yogurt, salt, pepper, grated garlic to the minced meat. Mix everything well.
Place the minced meat on plastic wrap. Peel and cut boiled eggs in half, put on minced meat.
Gently pinch the edges of the minced meat together to make a sausage.
Transfer the blank onto foil, wrap it in several layers. Put in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
Serve the finished roll.
