Chicken meatballs in a creamy sauce are very simple and quick to prepare. Often the meatballs are fried in a skillet. But I have a purely dietary option: I boil them in water, and I take the cream of the lowest fat content. It is such a dish that can be given to children, as well as adults suffering from liver and stomach diseases. The meatballs in the sauce are very tender and tasty.
Prepare the ingredients for making the meatballs.
Peel and wash the onions. Wash the fillet. Pass both ingredients through a meat grinder.
Soak a white loaf in cold milk or cold boiled water. Squeeze out after a few minutes. Also mince it.
Salt the minced meat to taste and mix thoroughly until smooth. You can also beat with a blender. The minced meat will become more viscous and homogeneous.
Form the minced meat into a meatball slightly larger than a walnut and place in a saucepan of boiling water. Cook the meatballs for 10-12 minutes.
Make a creamy sauce. Pour flour into the pan.
Pour in the cream. Stir until smooth, smooth.
Pour 100-150 ml into a frying pan with cream and flour. broth in which the meatballs were cooked. Season with salt to taste and mix well. Place the meatballs in this sauce.
Heat the meatballs with sauce for 5-6 minutes over low heat and turn off. If the sauce is very thick, adjust the consistency with broth.
