Prepare the ingredients for cooking chicken liver in yogurt.
Wash chicken liver, remove fat and ducts. Cut in two. Dip in flour and place in a hot skillet with refined sunflower oil.
Quickly fry the liver on both sides so that the inside stays moist and only "grabs" on top.
Cut the onions into half rings and place in the pan.
Add chopped champignons to the onion.
Pour in sunflower oil and fry the onion with mushrooms for 8-10 minutes, stirring.
Add mushrooms and onions to a frying pan with liver.
Add natural yogurt.
