Description of the preparation:
The basis of the soup is chicken broth, prepare it from the legs or ham. In addition to the broth, we will use the usual vegetables – onions, carrots. I also suggest adding spaghetti to the soup. When serving soup, you can add greens, a slice of bread to the table.
Prepare the ingredients.
Rinse and dry the legs, transfer to a pan. Fill the drumsticks with water, add the bay leaf. Cook the broth for 25 minutes, if desired, the first broth can be drained.
Peel the onion, rinse, cut into small cubes.
Peel and rinse the carrots, grate on a medium grater.
Warm a little oil in a pan, put carrots and onions, fry for a couple of minutes.
After 25 minutes of cooking the broth, remove the chicken legs from the pan, chop the meat. Prepare the spaghetti. Transfer chicken and spaghetti to the pan, add carrots, onions, salt and pepper.
Cook the soup for another 5-7 minutes. After serving to the table.
