Chicken and corn flaky salad turns out to be hearty and delicious. In addition to chicken and canned corn, you will need onions, cheese, and green apples. Use mayonnaise as a sauce.
Prepare all ingredients.
Cook the chicken in salted water and cool. Cook for about 20-25 minutes. Cool the meat and cut into small cubes.
Cut the peeled onions into small cubes.
Peel the apples, cut into small cubes.
Grate the cheese.
Spread the salad in layers. The first layer is chicken. Drizzle with mayonnaise. Add spices to taste.
Then place a layer of onions and apples on top. Lightly soak each layer with mayonnaise. The onions will be slightly marinated from the apple juice and will not be too spicy.
The next layer is cheesy. Drizzle with mayonnaise.
Top off the flaky salad with canned corn. Done, put in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to soak.
Serve to the table.
