The dessert is delicious and moderately sweet. The taste of coconut is well heard, which perfectly complements the chocolate. For cheesecakes, we choose well-squeezed cottage cheese so that there is a minimum of flour in the curd dough.
Let's prepare the ingredients.

Pour 1 spoonful of sugar, a pinch of salt into a bowl, and add an egg. We mix everything.

Add coconut flakes.

Add cottage cheese and a spoonful of flour. We mix everything.

We make cheese cakes, roll them in a small amount of flour and put them in a frying pan with heated sunflower oil. Cook until light crust.

Making the glaze. Pour cocoa powder and 2 tablespoons of sugar into a saucepan. We mix everything.

Add milk, stir and heat.

Put in the cocoa butter and cook, stirring constantly. The finished glaze should be uniform.

Remove the glaze from the heat, add a little butter, stir and cool.

Put the cheese pancakes with coconut on portioned plates and pour over with chocolate icing. Enjoy your meal!
