Description of the preparation:
This recipe can be taken as a basis, each time trying new combinations. For example, instead of ginger, you can add cinnamon or lemon zest. We also choose seeds and nuts to your taste – hazelnuts, peanuts or almonds. If you use homemade fatty cottage cheese, you can not add oil.
Prepare the ingredients.
Put cottage cheese, butter in a bowl and add sugar.
Mix with a blender until smooth.
Grind nuts and seeds.
Add chopped nuts and seeds to the curd mass.
Three cheese on a fine grater and add to the rest of the ingredients.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of cocoa and grated ginger. Grated ginger take about a teaspoon.
Mix everything and send in the cold for 30-40 minutes.
The cooled mass became thicker. We make balls and dip them in cocoa.
Before serving, you can melt a piece of chocolate and add on top for each candy. Dip a seed and a small leaf of mint in chocolate.
