Cheese pâté can be made from any type of cheese. I took the most affordable options – fused and classic solid. You can also diversify the pate with fetax or feta cheese. The pate is prepared quickly and without hassle. Spread on a crispy baguette and serve.
Prepare all ingredients.
Grate hard cheese on a fine grater in a deep container.
Grate the processed cheese there on a fine grater.
Grate the garlic on a fine grater and add to the cheese mass.
Add mayonnaise, salt and black pepper to taste.
Mix the pate well and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
