Apple pasties are very juicy, aromatic and appetizing. They will be eaten with pleasure even by capricious children who do not like to eat these fruits fresh. By the way, you can take pastries with you on a trip or on a picnic.

Prepare the indicated ingredients. Apples can be of any kind.

Pour the sifted wheat flour into a deep container. Make a depression in it and drive in a chicken egg there, pour in water and add salt and soda.

Knead a dense dough and cover it with cling film, leave for 15 minutes to activate the gluten.

Cut the apples in half and cut out the seed blocks. Rinse and grate the pulp into a deep bowl. Add granulated sugar there and mix.

Divide the dough into small pieces. Roll each part into a rounded layer, adding flour. On the edge of the rolled layer, lay out a thin layer of a part of the filling and smooth it out.

Moisten the edges with water and blind them together, removing the air inside. Use a fork to make curly notches on the edges, dipping the fork into the flour.
