To prepare Chamomile salad, prepare all the necessary ingredients. Wash the carrots and potatoes well and cook until tender. Boil the eggs for 7-8 minutes after boiling the water, then transfer them to ice water. Wash the chicken liver well, remove films, partitions and cook for 20-25 minutes.

Peel the potatoes, grate on a medium grater, put on a plate and salt a little.

Grease a layer of potatoes with mayonnaise.

Cut the cucumbers into thin slices, put on top of the potatoes and brush with a little mayonnaise.
