Making celery pie is easy and you will love the result. The dough turns out to be tender, slightly crumbly, goes well with the juicy filling. By the way, you can safely experiment with the filling, the dough is universal and suitable for everything: minced meat, mushrooms, cottage cheese, vegetables, spinach, etc. The pie turns out to be small, so if you expect a large company of eaters, then boldly double the amount of ingredients.
Prepare all ingredients.
Combine flour, butter, sour cream, salt, sugar and soda.
Knead the dough, put it in a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Chop onion and celery at random. Fry in butter, stirring occasionally until soft, salt and pepper to taste. The filling is ready.
Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll out the first piece on an oiled surface into a 3-4mm rectangle. and gently transfer to a baking sheet or into a mold.
