Cauliflower in beer batter

For the snack, buy cauliflower without black spots and should be almost white in color, but not yellow. Light beer is suitable, but this is not a matter of principle. Vegetable oil is best used without a pronounced odor.
Prepare the required ingredients.

Beat the chicken egg into a bowl, add salt and flour. Pour in beer.

Mix the batter very well.
