Such jelly can be safely made not only from carrot pulp, but also from juice, only it will need to be squeezed out first. This will be most conveniently done with a juicer. Since jelly is very useful, it can be safely given to children.
Prepare your ingredients.
Pour 20 ml of gelatin. water.
Peel the carrots, cut them into circles, place in a ladle and cover with water.
Cook the carrots for 20 minutes, then drain the water, add sugar and chop them with an immersion blender.
Add the swollen gelatin. Mix everything well. If the carrot mass is no longer hot, then heat it along with the gelatin. It should completely dissolve.
Pour 30 ml into the carrot mass. water.
Transfer the carrot jelly to silicone molds.
Send the jelly to set in the refrigerator for an hour.
Carrot jelly is ready!
