You can prepare a carrot cake with cinnamon for a family tea party or for the arrival of unexpected guests. The pastries are tender, aromatic and very tasty, everyone will like it. Prepare all ingredients.
Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
Add sugar, eggs and cinnamon.
Mix everything and add butter softened at room temperature.
Whisk everything well. Add flour and baking powder.
Stir everything until smooth.
Grease a baking dish with butter, sprinkle with flour or semolina. Pour the dough and bake the cake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Cool the finished carrot cake with cinnamon a little, and then gently transfer to a plate, cut into portions and serve.
